1. About this service
Kasokuon (the "App") is an in-car entertainment app that plays virtual engine sounds and shows driving metrics. It does not read your actual exhaust note or your car ECU.
2. No operation while driving
Use the App only while stopped. The user is solely responsible for any incident caused by operating the App while driving. The App auto-hides its settings above 1 km/h, but you must still comply with all local traffic laws.
3. External speakers strongly discouraged
The App is designed for playback over in-car audio. We strongly discourage use through external or roof-top speakers and disclaim responsibility for any issue arising from such use.
4. Accuracy of measurements
The 0-60 timer, G-meter and speedometer depend on GPS and accelerometer accuracy. They are not suitable for legal or official measurement and are provided for entertainment only.
5. In-app purchases
All in-app subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed by Apple via the App Store. Cancellation and refunds must be handled by the user through Apple ID subscription settings.
6. No brand affiliation
Kasokuon is not affiliated with any car manufacturer (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Tesla, BMW, etc.). Bundled audio is based on generic engine architectures (I4, V6, V8, V12, etc.) using licensed or original recordings.
7. Disclaimer
The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
